2011-2012 Session Dates for Ontario High School Credit Courses.
Both Day classes and Evening classes take place during the school year.

Each credit course will be completed in one session. In each session, the student may take up to maximum of three courses as time schedule allows. Please inquire at the school contact for the availability of specific courses and their schedules.

Session 1: Tuesday, September 6, 2011  Classes begin
Monday, October 10, 2011    Thanksgiving Day Holiday
Thursday, October 27, 2011  Last day of session & Final Exams

Session 2: Monday, November 1, 2011    Classes begin
Tuesday, December 20, 2011  Last day of Session & Final Exams
December 21-31, 2011  Christmas Holidays – No Classes

Session 3: Monday, January 2, 2012 Classes begin
Monday, February 20, 2012   Family Day Holiday
Wednesday, February 22, 2012    Last day of session & Final Exams

Session 4: Monday, February 27, 2012   Classes begin
March 12 – March 16, 2012   March Break
April 6 - April 9, 2012 Good Friday & Easter Monday Holidays
Friday, April 28, 2012    Last day of session & Final Exams

Session 5: Friday, April 30, 2012 Classes begin

 Refund Policy

1. After a Letter of Acceptance has been issued, no refund of tuition fees will be made if the student withdraws.
2. All fees are non-refundable unless student visa is denied. If a student is denied a visa by Immigration Canada, all fees will be refunded except $200. All refund requests must be in writing and must be accompanied by the following documents:  
 • copy of Visa denial letter from the issuing Canadian Embassy or High Commission
 • all original documents, including receipts, issued by Northern Lights Preparatory College
